Remembering Andrus and Ricardo
Plum Trees Dedicated to Our Boys
Trees for Andus and RicardoEarlier this year, two of our MES students died in a car accident--first grader Andrus Contreras and his third grade brother Ricardo Contreras. When things like this happen, we want to do something to remember them.

These flowering plum trees have been planted to carry forth the names and memories and to honor Ricardo and Andrus. These trees will continue to grow and be with us. We hope you will find comfort and peace here. Family and friends can come and be in the quiet shade and think of what the trees represent--Andrus and Ricardo.

Here is a quote from Terri Guillemets:

"We can learn a lot from trees; they're always grounded, but never stop reaching heavenward. "

We also dedicated our new gym baskets to our boys. Ricardo and Andrus loved basketball and Knockout.
