On Friday morning, Molalla Elementary teachers worked in grade level teams to develop common agreements for Instruction, Curriculum, and Environment (ICE). Teams discussed and prioritized the highest leverage professional practices for MES kids. They examed our District's Certified Evalutaion Handbook's standards, Charlotte Danielson's Framework, a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) lens, and other sources. 

The goal is to produce a set of teacher-led, teacher-owned agreements that we can refine over time and support with professional development, resources, and coaching, etc.
