Maria Segoviano

Maria Segoviano is our home grown Molalla all-star.  After graduating from Molalla High School, Maria started working for the school district as a Migrant Recruiter, Translator, Summer School Assistant, and as our MES Attendance Secretary.  Last year, she completed her student teaching at Molalla Elementary in kindergarten and in Grade 3 before graduating from Portland State University.  We are very lucky to have such an experienced new teacher at MES.

"Although I have been part of this MES family for quite some time now and have developed meaningful relationships among co-workers, families and students, I cannot wait to transition into the position of an educator and bring with me all that I’ve learned into the classroom. I am eager to develop deeper relationships and invest both in the parents and students to better shape and have a greater impact in the learning of “our” children. I cannot wait to see what’s in store for me as their teacher because I know without a doubt I will witness creative minds unveil, amazing personalities shine through and loving hearts touch mine."
